The Great Gatsby Christmas Party in Edinburgh takes you to the decadent, elegant world of the jazz age.
Dress up, grab the feather boa and let your hair down. It’s time to party like it’s 1922!
Expect flapper girls, Charleston dance moves, a 3-course dinner, unlimited drinks, feather boas, red-hot rhythms, casino tables… and feathers. Did we mention feathers?
There’s no need for a Rolls Royce Phantom. The Great Gatsby party is in a prime city-centre location in Edinburgh, the luxury 5-star Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa.
What to expect at the Great Gatsby party in Edinburgh
Your evening begins with a VIP red carpet welcome. Our fully-costumed flapper girls are waiting to greet you with a glass of Prosecco.
As the bar starts serving your all-inclusive drinks, the ballroom doors open to a beautifully decorated Gatsby-themed event space.
Over a delicious 3-course dinner, our live singer is on stage to entertain you. They’re modern classics… but with a 1920s twist. Name that tune anyone?
Between courses, the flapper girls show off their best Charleston dance moves.
The all-inclusive drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… and the entertainment has only just begun.
Our live party band takes to the stage, raising the tempo to dancing point with the best tunes from across the decades.
If you can resist the urge to shake your tail feather, try your luck at the casino tables where professional croupiers are handing out just-for-fun casino chips.

Please note that all shared parties run on a set menu. Dietary requirements must be submitted in advanced within the venues deadline.
STANDARD MENU:
- Ham, mustard and parsley dome with spiced apricot & tomato chutney, watercress salad and rye croutes
- Lothian turkey breast and leg slow-cooked with herbs and garlic, served with all the vegetable trimmings, rosemary and garlic roast potatoes, pigs in blankets and spiced cranberry compote
- Christmas pudding with brandy cream sauce and vanilla ice cream
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
- Roast root vegetable and herb dome with tomato chutney, watercress and rye croutes (VE)
- Lentil and root vegetable loaf with all the vegetable trimmings, rosemary and garlic roast potatoes and a Roscoff onion thyme sauce (VE)
- Christmas pudding with brandy cream sauce and vanilla ice cream (VE) (GF available)
Menus may change if certain ingredients are unavailable due to supply chain issues. We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them. If anyone in your party requires Kosher food, please get in touch. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge.
